Sports Performance
I believe that conditioning is an integral part of excelling as an outside hitter/middle blocker in
volleyball. Therefore, I have been in Sports Performance Training weekly with personal trainer, Brian McCall, at Integrated
Athletic Development (IAD). My workouts consist of a variety of drills to enhance speed, agility, vertical jump, core
strength, and flexibility.
Intensive Program: DARE
In December I attended the DARE program at IAD which consisted of ten sessions of sports performance
and volleyball training. The two-hour sessions were conducted with Ruth N. Nelson and Brian McCall. A brief clip of my training
